Read Carefully all the Terms and Conditions

1. There is a one time registration fee of Rs. 1100/-. The registration fee is neither refundable nor transferable under any circumstances.

2. "It is hereby decreed that the monthly fee collection shall be the sole responsibility of officials appointed by Ace Home Tutor. Furthermore, the disbursement of the teacher's fees shall occur following the completion of each month, exclusively facilitated by Ace Home Tutor."

3. "The commission structure entails a charge of 50% of the fee for the first month, accompanied by maintenance charges. However, it is assured that teachers will receive their monthly fee as stipulated in the agreement between the teacher and Ace Home Tutor."

4. "Should any tuition extend into the subsequent session or year, the same commission as specified in point 4 above shall be applicable. This entails a commission of 50% of the fee for the first month of the extended tuition."

5. If any client calls a tutor after a gap of few days/weeks/months of the trial class then it’s duty of the tutor to update us about that.

6. "Let it be known that it is our requirement that a teacher, subsequent to their selection following the demonstration class, must uphold the provision of tuition for a minimum duration of three months. In the event of any circumstance wherein the teacher prematurely ceases the aforementioned tuition prior to the fulfillment of the stipulated three-month period, it shall incur a one-time penalty of Rs. 3000, to be borne by the teacher. Furthermore, the remaining tuition fees for the aforementioned period shall be forfeited by Ace Home Tutor. The actions of the teacher herein outlined are deemed detrimental to the esteemed reputation of Ace Home Tutor and result in the discomfort of our students/parents. Consequently, we hereby declare, with immediate effect, the termination of the teacher's agreement with Ace Home Tutors."

7. "In the event of any fraudulent activity perpetrated by a teacher (tutor) against any client or Ace Home Tutor, as documented on www.acehometutor.com, Ace Home Tutor reserves the right to pursue legal action against the offending party."

8. "Let it be known that tutors are hereby instructed to exhibit punctuality and comport themselves in a manner befitting a gentleman or lady when attending any client for trial or regular class sessions."

9. "It is hereby decreed that all disputes, should they arise, shall be adjudicated under the jurisdiction of Delhi exclusively."

10. Maximum of three chances will be given to teacher to prove themselve.

11. Ace Home Tutor (www.acehometutor.com) reserve all the rights to Change the Terms & Conditions anytime time without prior notice and you will be bound by these Terms of Use as updated or modified.

2. Higher qualification Certificate along with 10^th ,12^th Marksheet and Certificates.
3. Self Attested Id Proof.
4. Registration fee of Rs.1100.
